Contact us to check availability for your date & schedule a complimentary consultation… let’s get to know each other!
Meet with us in person or virtually (video chat) to discuss your vision for your event.
Receive a proposal and contract to review. We will hold your date for one week after this meeting.
When you are ready to take the next step and secure your talent, simply contact us, and we will send your invoice and finalized contract.
During the planning phase, we are available to you via email/call/text/social media/in person as a resource for advice and music planning assistance. We value your time and will reply within 24 hours. We are here for you, and there is no limit on contacting us.
Final planning session to solidify details approximately one month prior to your event date.
Attend your rehearsal (when applicable), then simply enjoy your event experience!
